Domenic Fish is a professional services consultant helping onboard SetSail customers with our software and delighting them throughout their implementation experience. Last April, he joined SetSail and has helped scale the customer success group from four to nine team members.
Domenic also spearheaded the implementation of SetSail internally and is a critical frontline voice between our customers and the SetSail product development team. His ability to embrace ambiguity and build systems and structures to support our customers is top-notch. So much so that Domenic and our Customer Success team were recently recognized with G2's Easiest To Do Business With, Spring 2022 Badge, and contributed to seven other new SetSail G2 badges.
